TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, catering requests, deliveries, pickups, and use of the website operated by Mr. Meal Orlando (“Mr. Meal Orlando,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or submitting a catering request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, limit, or modify an order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives confirmation from Mr. Meal Orlando.

2. Catering Orders and Quotes

Catering orders require a minimum purchase of $350, excluding taxes, delivery fees, gratuities, and other charges.

Submitting a catering quote request does not create a confirmed order, reservation, or payment obligation. Product prices shown while building a quote are estimates based on the selected products, tray sizes, flavors, and add-ons.

A catering order becomes confirmed only after Mr. Meal Orlando reviews the request, confirms availability and details, provides the final total, and receives any required payment or deposit.

Serving quantities are estimates. Actual servings may vary depending on portion size, menu selections, guest appetites, and whether other dishes are being served.

3. Food Allergy and Cross-Contact Warning

Our kitchen prepares foods containing or exposed to major allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Other ingredients capable of causing allergic reactions may also be present.

Although we take reasonable precautions, all products are prepared in a shared kitchen using shared equipment, utensils, preparation surfaces, storage areas, and cooking areas. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for informing Mr. Meal Orlando about allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. An allergy request does not guarantee an allergen-free meal.

Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should not rely solely on website descriptions and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our food. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with food allergies and cross-contact.

4. Ingredients and Dietary Preferences

Descriptions such as “gluten-conscious,” “low carb,” “vegetarian,” “vegan,” or similar terms describe the intended recipe and are not guarantees that a product is free from trace ingredients or cross-contact.

Ingredients, brands, recipes, garnishes, and preparation methods may change based on availability or operational needs. Customers should contact us before ordering if a particular ingredient is important to their dietary needs.

5. Nutrition Information

Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, sodium, serving sizes, and all other nutritional information displayed on our website, packaging, menus, or marketing materials are estimates provided for general informational purposes.

Nutritional values may be calculated using recipes, ingredient labels, supplier information, nutrition databases, and standard serving estimates. Actual values may vary because of ingredient brands, natural variations, substitutions, preparation methods, cooking loss, measuring differences, and portion size.

Nutrition information is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Customers with medical conditions, special dietary requirements, or nutrition-related concerns should consult a physician or registered dietitian before ordering or consuming our products.

6. Prices and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, descriptions, photographs, availability, and product information. However, errors may occur.

Prices and availability may change without notice. If an order contains a material pricing or description error, we may contact the customer to approve the corrected order or cancel and refund the affected item.

Product photographs are for presentation purposes. The appearance, packaging, portion, garnish, or presentation of the delivered product may differ.

7. Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified or processed.

Taxes, delivery charges, service fees, gratuities, and other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is finalized whenever reasonably possible.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation or modification requests must be received at least two business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but changes are not guaranteed. Once purchasing, preparation, or production has begun, an order cannot be canceled or modified and may not qualify for a refund.

Separate cancellation or deposit requirements communicated in a catering quote or invoice will control if they differ from this section.

9. Refunds, Returns, and Order Problems

Because our food is prepared to order and is perishable, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise materially different from what was confirmed, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or other requested information. Any refund, replacement, store credit, or other remedy will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

10. Pickup, Delivery, and Food Safety

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, access, and contact information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, building access, customer availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

After pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for the proper transportation, refrigeration, reheating, holding temperature, storage, and consumption of the food according to the instructions provided.

Mr. Meal Orlando is not responsible for spoilage, contamination, deterioration, or illness caused by improper transportation, handling, storage, reheating, or extended exposure after the order has been picked up or delivered, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected products, quantities, tray sizes, add-ons, delivery or pickup information, event information, and requested date before submitting an order.

For catering orders, the person placing the order is responsible for communicating relevant allergen, ingredient, handling, and serving information to guests and event attendees.

12. Special Diets and Medical Conditions

Mr. Meal Orlando employees are not physicians or registered dietitians. Our products and website information should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

Customers with diabetes, food allergies, celiac disease, kidney disease, heart disease, pregnancy-related dietary needs, or other medical conditions should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before ordering.

13. Website Use

Customers may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Website content, branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and other materials belong to Mr. Meal Orlando or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mr. Meal Orlando will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from an order, catering service, website use, delivery delay, or product use.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a different remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, shortages, or failure to perform caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, power outages, equipment failure, transportation interruption, supplier shortages, government orders, emergencies, or labor disruptions.

If such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate available resolution.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms, an order, or our services will be handled by the appropriate courts located in Orange County, Florida.

17. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised effective date. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.
