Here you can find answers to most of the questions you might have.

How does it work?

-Each week we have a different menu with 4 options of meals that is published on TUESDAYS. The meals are $6.99 plus taxes. (min. order: 10 meals per week)
-We recommend to order before Saturday at 5pm for full availability.   

-You'll receive the order on Mondays, can be picked up or we can deliver them to you for an extra charge (price determined by location).

Are there only four options of meals?

Yes, we have four options of meals from the weekly menu but also we offer our custom meals (5 options more), breakfasts and smoothies.

Remember that you can mix all the products from our website to complete a minimum of 10 products per week.

Can I make any substitutions?

If you would like to do substitutions in any of our meals, contact us and we'll try our best to help you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can reach up to 25 miles from our location.

How much is the delivery fee?

They vary from $7 to $15 depending on your location. This information will be provided to you at checkout.

Is this a subscription meal plan?

No, it is not. The payments are weekly and you can stop ordering any time.

When will I know what the menu is going to be?

We publish them every TUESDAY on this website and we post them on our Instagram (@mrmealorlando) on THURSDAY as a reminder for our followers.

What if I have a food allergy?

We will do our best to accommodate any food allergies we are made aware of. Please note, however, ALL meals are prepared in the same facility and this facility prepares products, including, but not limited to nuts, soy, dairy, and shellfish. Mr. Meal is not responsible for any illness that may occur due to a food allergy.

How long do the meals last?

The meals are carefully crafted to last 5-6 days from the day you receive them (MONDAYS).

Regular fridge is perfect, but if you would like to freeze them to last more days is completely up to the client, we do not recommend it for freshness and we are not responsible for food damage after the sixth day.

How do I heat my meals up and where?

All of our meals are made so they can be warmed up in the microwave for 1:45 to 2:00 minutes. If you wish, you can also do so on a skillet or oven - please remove the food from the container.

 

I am in the website and everything is SOLD OUT, why?

If you are in our website and you see that all our products are sold out, it's because probably is Sunday or Monday. 

Remember that we post our new menu on Tuesdays (around noon) , and we recommend to order during the week but before Saturday at 5:00 PM. 

On Sunday we prep all our meals and Monday we do pick ups and deliveries.
