Pick-Up Policies:

Pick-up Location: 3601 Vineland Rd. Suite 1, FL 32811

Each week we have a different menu with 4 options of meals that is published on TUESDAYS. The meals are $6.99 plus taxes. (min. order: 10 meals per week)

-We recommend you order before Saturday at 5pm for full availability.   

-You'll receive the order on Mondays, can be picked up or we can deliver them to you for an extra charge (price determined by location).

Delivery Policies:

We can reach up to 25 miles from our location.

The delivery fee varies from $7 to $15 depending on your location. This information will be provided to you at checkout.

Allergy Warning:

We will do our best to accommodate any food allergies we are made aware of. Please note, however, ALL meals are prepared in the same facility and this facility prepares products, including, but not limited to nuts, soy, dairy, and shellfish. Mr. Meal is not responsible for any illness that may occur due to a food allergy.

Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Mr. Meal does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Cancellations or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with Mr. Meal.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
